Do all Macs you sell come with a warranty?
Yes. All new Macs we stock are imported through the official New Zealand Apple Distributor and carry the standard Apple Warranty. Please visit our warranty information page to learn more.

Do you sell items not listed on your website?
Yes. If something isn't listed, please contact us and we will see if we can source it for you.

Do you sell scanners, printers, digital cameras etc...?
Yes. We can supply all major brands including HP, Canon, Epson, Mustek, Kodak, Fuji and Sony. Please contact us with your requirements.

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns if the product is faulty. Before you return anything to us please contact us first to obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) Number from us. Visit our terms and conditions for more details about this.

Order Information

Is the cost of delivery included?
We provide free courier delivery within New Zealand for all orders over $500.00 ex GST.

Do you offer student discounts?
We can provide a student discount on many products we sell. Please contact us for pricing.

Can I pick up the goods from you?
No, we will send items to you by courier.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
If the item is in stock courier delivery will be one to two working days. If you have a rural delivery address it may take an extra day or two to arrive. We will let you know if there will be delay in the delivery.

Are you open in the weekend?
No. However, you can place an order at anytime via the website or by fax. We can arrange Saturday delivery for most towns and cities.

What happens if I order a product and it is out of stock?
We will advise you of the expected delivery date. You have the right to cancel your order if you do not wish to proceed with the order that this stage.
